It's been a while since I last posted a recipe, I actually have plenty to share, I'm just quite busy with school/home stuff which also includes lots of sleeping. Hee! This recipe was a hit! Everyone complemented me how good it was. It was also the most requested food on our recent family events. Haay! If they only knew how simple it was to cook this. Haha! Sharing it now by the way.
Ingredients:
1kg Chicken Wings
3 small packs Aji Ginisa Mix
2 cups Flour
Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 cups Washed Sugar (medium brown)
2 tbsp Water
Procedure:
- Marinade 1kg chicken wings to 2 packs of Aji Ginisa Mix. Put the flour in a plastic bowl with cover and add 1 pack of Aji Ginisa Mix. Put chicken wings, shake and deep fried in oil.
- In a casserole, put Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Washed Sugar and Water. Heat in low fire until the sugar dissolves. Set Aside.
- Sprinkle fried chicken wings with Cayenne Pepper.
- Put the sauce you make in a different bowl with cover, put chicken and shake. Serve. Enjoy!
