I don't really love to cook but being a housewife I have no choice but to like it or else my hubby and daughter won't eat. Tonight, I went home with an empty fridge and all that's left in our grocery bin is a mushroom in can, just great! (sarcastic tone of voice). I remember my friends and I used to order this dish when we hang out in some bar during our high school days. It's perfect with a bottle of beer!
100g butter
5 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 can mushroom (284g)
aji ginisa flavor seasoning mix
In a pan, melt butter and saute garlic. When garlic is golden brown, pour in mushrooms and stir until you feel it's almost cooked. Add oyster sauce and seasoning mix stir till cooked. Serve.
